Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in common areas of the building. Fees may apply. Please kindly abide by these rules If you would prefer to smoke, we encourage you to smoke outside the building.

Except areas need to gain access to the unit, all other areas (gym, rooftop, business center, laundry) are restricted unless approved by the host, in which host MUST be present and on-site for the duration of restricted access use.

If you need more time once your booking has begun, please notify the host AT LEAST 30 mins before check out to be billed at a rate 1x the stated hourly rate. Any overtime requested within 30 mins of check out will be billed at 1.5x the stated hourly rate. This includes early arrivals or late check-outs. The smart lock will detect early entry or late check-outs.
